Set-up will include accounts for the chart of accounts, products/services or other applicable customizations.   Training will be provided for day-to-day functions specific for your business type.

Need help getting it organized?  Contract for bookkeeping clean-up! Whether it's mailing a shoe box of receipts or providing online access, I will transform invoices, receipts, transactions to meaningful financial statements. Will set up a chart of accounts, product/services, verify setting if your started your set-up

Hourly rate for clean-up., estimates will be based on a monthly per the number of months. A deposit will be required as a retainter as we engage in  large projects.  Monthly rate available for ongoing services.   

Includes regular accountant maintenance such as recording transactions, classify expenses, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations , journal entries.

3. Bank Accounts connectivity may allow statement downloads based on institution; if not we will coordinate on the QBO Accountant portal access.

4. Use the Accountant Note section to communicate on bookkeeping task within the QBO application

Rates will be based on number of transactions and accounts to reconcile due to hours required.

Projections for your monthly/quarterly metrics based on revenue modeling, accounts receivable terms, accounts payable,  expected expenses, and determining a break-even analysis.
